Hospital transfers for assisted living homes 

Join AALHA for our January Homeowner/Manager CE class which will offer insight and advice for the new regulation that went into effect January 1, 2024. We'll be joined by instructors Annette Quinata MSG, Jennifer Wassermann Esq., and Linn Cunningham LPN. The class will address: 
  1. Requirements for Assisted Living-during residents’ emergencies
  2. Standardized Form
    1. Contains basic health information/advanced directives 
    2. Contains information related to the current emergency
  3. Requirements for emergency responder
  4. Requirements for hospitals
  5. Inpatient Stay Requirements
  6. Emergency Room Care
  7. Requirements for  updating Policy and Procedures. 
  8. Personal experience with EMS and hospitals since the implementation of the bill.
  9. Question/ Answer
