Meet the Speakers:

Jennifer Wassermann

Jennifer Wassermann is a Partner at the Davis Miles law firm in Tempe and a Realtor® affiliated with West USA Realty, specializing in Senior Housing and Commercial Services. Jenn uses her business and legal experience in the fields of regulated residential housing; general real estate; business; and employment law, to help assisted living owners and operators navigate the lifecycle of their business operations, including regulatory compliance issues. She has been co-owner of two licensed assisted living homes, and holds an assisted living manager certificate in Arizona. Fun facts: Jenn grew up in a highrise for the elderly, and is a certified Parkinson's wellness group fitness instructor. 

Spencer Cohen

Spencer Cohen started in the insurance industry in 2012 as a workers’ compensation claims adjuster. Prior to working at Hub International as a commercial insurance broker, he worked for two third party administrators assisting clients nationwide with their risk management, claims, and loss control programs. As a former CNA, Spencer has a lot of respect for long-term care facilities. His insurance focus at Hub is within the Healthcare and Complex Risk space, and the majority of his clients are assisted living facilities.
