This AALHA Caregiver CE class focuses on Facility Drills: Evacuation and Disaster Preparation, helping caregivers to respond effectively during emergencies.
What the class will cover:
- Types of drills: fire, evacuation, and disaster scenarios
- Roles and responsibilities during an emergency
- Developing and practicing effective emergency plans
- Ensuring resident safety and regulatory compliance
Meet the Speaker:
Corey Legge
Cory is an Arizona native with 13 years combined experience as a caregiver and assisted living manager. He has been married to his wife, Anna for 16 years and is dad to 2 children. Cory is an artist who enjoys working in numerous mediums as well as building motorcycles in his spare time.
