Drawing from years of working closely with residents who thrive well into their 90s and beyond, Amy explores the habits, environments, and care practices that support not just a longer life, but a better one. Speaker:

Amy has always had caring for others in her DNA.  She, along with her husband, ran a non-profit supplying underprivileged children through-out Arizona.  She saw a need and they put their hearts to work.      

Amy began her journey in assisted living, caring for her terminally ill father, followed by her mother-in-law at end of life, in her own home. Amy was a CNA in high school for the elderly and followed that passion throughout her life.  As a mother to five children, her goal as her daughters progress through their teenage years, is to model for them how a satisfying career based on the ideals of service and the genuine helping of others, can balance with a mom who is present and accounted for. 

Amy is the current owner and operator, managing two private care homes in the Phoenix area since 2019.  She takes much pride in providing love and life to her residents and their families.
