This education class will cover:

This class will provide caregivers, assisted living homeowners, managers, and business professionals with practical strategies for developing intentionality in leadership, decision-making, and daily business operations. Participants will learn how purposeful planning, clear goal setting, effective communication, and consistent actions can improve business performance, team engagement, and organizational growth. The course will explore methods for aligning personal values with business objectives, creating a culture of accountability, strengthening professional relationships, and making intentional choices that support long-term success. Emphasis will be placed on leadership mindset, strategic thinking, productivity, and building sustainable business practices that lead to meaningful results and positive outcomes for employees, clients, and the organization as a whole.

About The Speakers 

Joe Price

Joseph M. Price is the Founder and President of Intentional Achievements, LLC and Customized Training Solutions, Inc. Mr. Price has over 25 years of experience in the training and development field with proven abilities and demonstrated performance in areas such as Organizational Development; Design And Implementation Of Performance-Based Training Programs; Strategic Visioning and Planning; Motivation And Coaching At All Levels.

Prior to founding CTS and Intentional Achievements™, Joe was the General Manager, Senior Instructor and Corporate Solutions Director for Dale Carnegie Training® of Southeastern PA. By demonstrated a rare combination of skills, Joe became one of the few instructors to become certified for all nine Dale Carnegie Training® Programs while at the same time attained the distinction of being the 12th highest producers of Dale Carnegie® enrollments in the world—which he maintained for 5 consecutive years.
