All attendees will earn 1 CEU during this meeting that will address the risks associated with reopening and staying open during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Topics covered during this timely presentation to include:

  • Responsibilities of owners of assisted living homes during the pandemic
  • COVID-19 testing requirements, restrictions, etc.
    • Admitting new clients
    • Current clients
    • Staff members
  • Insurance concerns/issues
  • Waivers, contracts, etc.

MEET THE SPEAKERS:

Attorney Marc Cullen
Marc Cullen Goldsen is a partner in the law firm of Davis Miles McGuire Gardner where he specializes in complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and policy planning. Few lawyers have the depth of practice Marc engages in – with expertise and experience ranging from Business and Corporate law (including securities law) to Construction, Education; and Entertainment, Environmental, and Employment Law. He earned his law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of the Law, and his LLM in Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy from the same school.

Marc’s expertise and experience have been obtained through a robust career serving as a partner or associate in prestigious private law firms, and as a lawyer serving Native American Tribes. Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, Marc continues to help businesses comply with local and state guidance regarding re-opening and on PPP loads and repayment plans and options.
