This course will discuss the idea of holistic care and how it may apply to the Assisted Living Group Home setting. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to define Holistic Care, understand that a symptom is rarely a stand alone problem, be able to list conditions that respond well to alternative therapies such as acupuncture, yoga, diet therapy and meditation.
